现代医学建立在严格的临床试验和复杂的统计分析之上。随着关注个体的精确医学的到来,出现了许多与经典临床研究不同的新研究模式,其共同点就是,不再遵照临床试验统计学的规范,不再追求评判研究结果的统计学意义。

During the time of precision medicine,there appear a number of new patterns of clinical studies that are different from classical ones.These new study-patterns do not follow statistical principles for clinical trials,or take statistical significance as a standard to evaluate results.
