机械造孔-静压成型法制备固废基免烧透水砖 被引量:1

Preparation of permeable bricks with free sintering based on solid waste by mechanical hole making-static press forming method

摘要 针对当前免烧透水砖抗冻性差、易堵塞等问题和大宗工业固废规模化利用现状,以钢渣、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏为原料,采用新开发的“机械造孔-静压成型”法制备高性能固废基免烧透水砖。试验研究了原料配比对透水砖强度的影响,并测试了透水砖的抗冻性、耐磨性和透水系数等性能。结果表明,当钢渣、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏掺量分别为60%、30%、10%时,透水砖的28 d抗压强度达44.2 MPa,透水系数超过0.1 cm/s,20次冻融循环试验后抗压强度损失为7.5%,标准耐磨性试验后磨坑深度<10 mm,均符合GB/T 25993—2010《透水路面砖和透水路面板》要求。 In view of the poor freeze resistance and easy to block problem of existing permeable brick,as well as the status quo of industrial solid waste utilization with large scales.In this paper,steel slag,fly ash and desulfurization gypsum were used as raw materials,and the newly developed method of"mechanical hole making-static press forming"was used to prepare high-performance permeable bricks with free sintering based on solid waste.The effect of raw material ratio on the compressing strength of permeable bricks were studied,and the freeze resistance,wear resistance and water permeability coefficient of permeable bricks were measured.The results showed that,when the steel slag content was 60%,the fly ash content was 30%,and the desulfurization gypsum content was 10%,the 28-day compressive strength of the permeable brick reached 44.2 MPa.The permeability coefficient of the permeable bricks obtained by the experiment was more than 0.1 cm/s,the compressive strength loss after the 20 freeze-thaw cycles was 7.5%,and the grinding depth after the standard abrasion resistance test was<10 mm,which were all consistent with the standard requirement of GB/T 25993—2010"Permeable paving bricks&permeable paving flags".
