摘要
以泥土分散组分、泥土吸附组分、离子络合物组分和缓凝组分复配而成的聚羧酸系减水剂(PC-1B)用抗泥剂(KN-1),其最佳配比为:m(SHMP)∶m(PEG)∶m(β-CD)∶m(SG)=4∶0.6∶13.5∶8。将PC-1B与KN-1应用于水泥稳定再生碎石基层(再生水稳),能抑制再生砖渣泥土对PC-1B的影响,提高对水泥的分散性及再生水稳的抗压强度。水泥稳定再生砖渣水稳强度试验,掺0.20%PC-1B组和0.20%PC-1B+KN-1组(质量比20∶19)的7 d无侧限抗压强度分别为4.1、5.5 MPa,与空白组(3.8 MPa)相比分别提高了7.9%和42.1%。
The anti-clay agent(KN-1)for polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC-1B)is developed by compounding of soil dispersing component,soil adsorbing component,ionic complex component and retarding component,the best mass ratio of each component being m(SHMP)∶m(PEG)∶m(β-CD)∶m(SG)=4∶0.6∶3.5∶8.The application of PC-1B and KN-1 to the cement-stabilized recycled aggregate base can inhibit the effect to recycled brick slag on PC-1B to increase the dispersion of cement and enhance the compressive strength of the cement-stabilized recycled aggregate base.The strength test of cement-stabilized recycled aggregate base showed that the 7 d unconfined compressive strength of 0.20%PC-1B group and PC-1B&KN-1 group were 4.1 MPa and 5.5 MPa respectively,increased by 7.9%and 42.1%respectively compared to base specimen of blank group(3.8 MPa).
