摘要
淀粉沿纤维素纸基材料z向的渗透分布是分析纸产品表面改性效果的重要参考依据。从测试原理、样品制备和样品分析的角度,介绍了几种常见的研究分析淀粉沿纸页z向渗透分布的测定方法,包括拉曼光谱法、全反射红外法、碘染色法、飞行时间二次离子质谱(TOF-SIMS)、扫描电镜能谱分析法(SEM-EDS)和色密度法等。以期为造纸工作者分析淀粉在纸页z向的渗透分布提供可行性,且为调节造纸工艺参数和浆纸性能分析提供理论依据。
Starch is widely used as the chemical reagent in the surface sizing in order to functionalize the paper products.And it has become the third essential component besides the paper-making fibers and fillers.The distribution of starch in the z-directional cross-section of paper-based materials is an important reference for evaluating the application performance of the resultant paper products after the surface treatments.From the point of view of the testing principle,sample preparation and analysis,several common methods,which are used for analyzing the permeation and distribution of starch in the z-directional cross-section of paper sheets,are introduced.They mainly include the Raman spectroscopy,total reflection infrared spectroscopy,iodine staining,TOF-SIMS,SEM-EDS and color density method,etc.This review provides a feasibility for papermakers to analyze the distribution of starch in the z-direction of papers.It also provides a theoretical basis for assessing the application performance of papers and adjusting the process parameters to meet the requirement for the desired paper products.
