摘要
采用微波消解法对土壤进行一次消解。运用原子吸收法和原子荧光法同时检测土壤中铅、镉、铬、汞、砷5种重金属元素含量。针对易挥发元素汞和难溶元素铅、铬,对消解用酸体系进行了优化,并对原子吸收线性范围窄的问题进行了优化。检测结果表明:测定值在标准物质的不确定度范围内,相对偏差均小于8%。
Microwave digestion method was used to digest the soil at one time. Atomic absorption method and atomic fluorescence method were used to simultaneously detect five heavy metal elements content in soil,including Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg and As. The acid system for digestion was optimized for volatile element Hg and refractory element Pb and Cr,and the instrument detection method was optimized for the problem of the narrow linear range of atomic absorption. The determination results show that the measured values are within the uncertainty range of the reference materials,and the relative deviations are all less than 8%.
