摘要
为解决河南某化工厂硝化棉高浓度有机废水处理困难问题,对串联ASBR反应器处理该废水的启动过程进行了研究。结果表明:控制水温为35℃,将进水COD从2 000 mg/L逐步提高到20 000 mg/L,HRT由10 d缩短为8 d,经过146 d,COD去除率可稳定在40%以上,实现反应器成功启动。启动过程中,出水VFA大部分保持在130 mg/L以下,平均出水pH为7.2。反应器启动末期,出水B/C高达0.72,显著改善了废水的可生化性,为后续处理提供了有利条件。
The start-up process of a series ASBR reactor is studied for treating high-concentration organic wastewater from nitrocellulose in a chemical plant in Henan.The results show that when the water temperature is 35°C,the hyd-raulic retention time reduces from 10 days to 8 days,and the influent COD increases from 2 000 mg/L to 20 000 mg/L,the COD removal rate of the series ASBR is more than 40%after 146 days,realizing a successful start-up of the rea-ctor.During the start-up process,most of the effluent VFA concentration is kept below 130 mg/L,and the average eff-luent pH is 7.2.At the end of the reactor start-up period,the B/C value of the effluent is as high as 0.72,which signi-ficantly improves the biodegradability of nitrocellulose wastewater,and provides favorable conditions for subsequent processing.
