摘要
根据河南郑州某中药生产企业废水的排放特点和水质,并结合类似废水处理的实际工程经验及实验研究结果,确定采用“混凝沉淀+ABR(厌氧折流板反应器)+UBF(上流式污泥床过滤器)+曝气沉淀+A/O”的主要处理工艺及“曝气生物滤池+过滤”的深度处理工艺对其进行处理。实际运行结果表明,最终处理出水水质能够稳定达到《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906—2008)表2规定的排放标准。
This study was conducted in a Chinese medicine production enterprise in Zhengzhou of Henan Province,and investigated its discharge characteristics of wastewater and water quality.Combined with the practical experience of the similar wastewater treatment and the experimental results,this study determined to employ the main treatment process of‘coagulation precipitation+ABR+UBF+aerated precipitation+A/O’and the advanced treatment process of‘biological aerated filter+filtration’.The actual operation results showed that the final effluent water quality reached the standards in Table two of the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants in Pharmaceutical Industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine Category(GB 21906—2008).
