摘要
为研究伦理型领导与矿工反生产行为的关系,降低煤矿人因事故的发生率,利用山西省4个煤矿企业调查问卷所得数据,引入工作压力为中介变量,采用结构方程模型方法探讨了伦理型领导、工作压力与矿工反生产行为的作用机制。结果表明:伦理型领导与矿工工作压力的工作特征、组织管理、工作无奈感,以及矿工反生产行为均显著负相关;工作压力与矿工反生产行为显著正相关;工作压力在伦理型领导与矿工反生产行为关系中具有部分中介作用。
In order to study the relationship between ethical leadership and miners’counterproductive behavior and reduce the incidence of accidents due to human actor in coal mines,the data from the surveys of four coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province were used,the work pressure was introduced as a mediator variable,and the structural equation model method was used to explore the mechanism of ethical leadership,work pressure and miners’counterproductive behavior.The results show that ethical leadership has a significant negative correlation with the job characteristics,organizational management,work helplessness of the miners’work pressure and their counterproductive behavior;work pressure is significantly positively correlated with miners’counterproductive behavior;work pressure plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between ethical leadership and miners’counterproductive behavior.
