基层医院不同科室护士工作压力与主观幸福感调查

Investigation on nurses’ work stress and subjective well-being in different departments of basic hospitals

目的调查研究基层医院不同科室护士的工作压力与主观幸福感现状及两者之间的关系。方法以江门市新会区3所二级综合医院的300名护士为研究对象,其来自内科、外科、急诊科、儿科4个科室,每个科室75名。采用护士压力量表调查护士工作压力,采用Campbell幸福感量表调查护士主观幸福感。比较不同科室护士的工作压力和主观幸福感,分析工作压力与主观幸福感的关系。结果内科、外科、急诊科护士压力量表总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。儿科护士压力量表总评分高于其他3个科室,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。4个科室护士主观幸福感得分比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。护士主观幸福感与工作压力呈负相关(r=-0.989)。结论基层医院护士工作压力普遍较大,尤以儿科护士为著,主观幸福感随着工作压力的增大而降低。

Objective To investigate the current situation of work stress and subjective well-being of nurses in different departments of primary hospitals and analyze the relationship between them.Methods A total of 300 nurses from 3 secondary general hospitals in Xinhui District of Jiangmen were selected from the internal medicine,surgery,emergency and pediatric departments,with 75 in each department.The nurses’stress scale was used to investigate the nurses’work stress,and the Campbell happiness scale was used to investigate the subjective well-being of the nurses.The work pressure and subjective well-being of nurses in different departments were compared,and the relationship between work stress and subjective well-being was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the total scores of nurses’stress scales in internal medicine,surgery and emergency departments(all P>0.05).The total score of nurses’stress scale in the pediatric department was higher than those in the other 3 departments,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There went no significant differences in subjective well-being scores among the 4 department(all P>0.05).Subjective well-being of nurses was negatively correlated with work stress(r=-0.989).Conclusion The pressure of nurses in primary hospitals is generally high,especially for pediatric nurses.Subjective well-being decreases with the increase of work pressure.
