NK细胞、T淋巴细胞、调节性T细胞检测在上消化道肿瘤病情评估中的价值

Value of NK Cell,T Lymphocyte and Regulatory T Cell Detection in the Assessment Upper Gastrointestinal Tumors

目的通过比较不同分期上消化道肿瘤患者外周血NK细胞、调节性T细胞、T淋巴细胞(CD4^+T细胞及CD8^+T细胞)比例的变化情况,探讨其在上消化道肿瘤病情评估中的价值。方法将102例上消化道肿瘤患者按肿瘤分期分为2组:对照组45例,均为Ⅱ—Ⅲ期患者,观察组57例,均为Ⅳ期患者,比较2组外周血中NK细胞、调节性T细胞、CD4^+T细胞、CD8^+T细胞的比例。结果与对照组相比,观察组外周血调节性T细胞比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD4^+T细胞比例明显降低、CD8^+T细胞和NK细胞比例均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论不同临床分期的上消化道肿瘤患者外周血免疫功能存在差异,外周血NK细胞、T淋巴细胞、调节性T细胞联合检测对上消化道肿瘤患者的病情判断及预后评估具有重要的参考价值。

Objective By comparing the changes of proportions of peripheral blood NK cells,regulatory T cells,CD4^+T lymphocytes and CD8^+T lymphocytes in patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors in different stages,the value of the patienits in the evaluation of upper gastrointestinal tumors was discussed.Methods A total of 102 patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors were divided into two groups:stageⅡ-Ⅲ(control group,n=45)and stageⅣ(observation group,n=57).The proportions of peripheral blood NK cells,regulatory T cells,CD4^+T lymphocytes and CD8^+T lymphocytes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of regulatory T cells between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the proportion of CD4^+T lymphocytes decreased but the proportions of NK cells and CD8^+T lymphocytes increased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in peripheral blood immune function between different stages of upper gastrointestinal tumors.The combined detection of peripheral blood NK cells,T cells and regulatory T cells has important reference significance for the diagnosis and prognosis in patients with upper gastrointestinal tumors.
