滋肾育胎丸联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

Effect of Zishen Yutai Pill Combined with Diane-35 on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法将60例PCOS患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组给予口服达英-35治疗,观察组给予滋肾育胎丸联合达英-35治疗,均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗后月经恢复、自主排卵及复发情况,观察2组治疗前后性激素水平[包括促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、LH/FSH等]变化情况。结果观察组月经恢复率、自主排卵率均显著高于对照组(93.33%比66.67%、53.33%比30.00%,均P<0.05),复发率显著低于对照组(6.67%比30.00%,P<0.05)。2组治疗后LH、FSH、T水平及LH/FSH值均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸联合达英-35治疗脾肾两虚型PCOS疗效显著,可明显改善患者性激素水平,促进月经恢复、降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai pill combined with Diane-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty patients with PCOS were randomly treated with oral Diane-35 alone(control group,n=30)or in combination with Zishen Yutai pill(observation group,n=30)for 3 months.Menstrual recovery,spontaneous ovulation and recurrence were compared between the two groups.In addition,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and LH/FSH were measured before and after treatment.Results The rates of menstrual recovery and spontaneous ovulation in observation group were higher than those in control group(93.33% vs 66.67%and 53.33% vs 30.00%,respectively;P<0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(6.67%vs 30.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and T and the ratio of LH/FSH decreased in both groups,and the decrease in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with Zishen Yutai pill and Diane-35 can effectively improve sex hormone levels,promote menstrual recovery and reduce recurrence rate in patients with PCOS(spleen and kidney deficiency type).
