腹部揉按联合口服聚乙二醇电解质散对便秘患者肠镜检查前肠道准备的临床效果

Bowel Preparation with Abdominal Kneading and Oral Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder for Colonoscopy in Patients with Constipation

目的观察腹部揉按联合口服聚乙二醇电解质散对便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果。方法将行结肠镜检查前的便秘患者80例,按随机数字表法分为2组:对照组40例,予以聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,观察组40例,在对照组肠道准备措施的基础上加腹部揉按,比较2组患者服药后肠道功能(包括排便次数、灌肠次数及末次大便的性状)、肠道清洁度(波士顿肠道准备评分、肠腔内气泡评分)、不良反应发生率以及医护患满意度。结果服药后与对照组比较,观察组患者肠道功能改善明显(排便次数明显增多,灌肠次数明显减少,末次大便性状呈澄清或淡黄者明显增多)、肠道清洁度显著提高(波士顿肠道准备评分显著升高、肠腔内气泡评分显著降低)、不良反应率显著降低、医护患三方满意度均显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论腹部揉按联合口服聚乙二醇电解质散应用于便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备,可明显改善肠道功能,肠道清洁度显著提高,不良反应明显减少,且医护患三方满意度均显著提高,具有较好的临床价值。

Objective To observe the efficacy of bowel preparation with abdominal kneading and oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonoscopy in patients with constipation.Methods Eighty constipation patients were randomly given polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with abdominal kneading(observation group,n=40)for colonoscopy.Intestinal function(defecation frequency,enteroclysis frequency and last stool characteristics),intestinal cleanliness(Boston bowel preparation score and intra-intestinal bubble score),adverse reactions,and doctor-nurse-patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,abdominal kneading improved intestinal function(defecation frequency and clear or light yellow feces increased and enteroclysis frequency decreased),enhanced intestinal cleanliness(Boston bowel preparation score increased and intra-intestinal bubble score decreased),ameliorated doctor-nurse-patient satisfaction,and reduced adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Bowel preparation with abdominal kneading and oral polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonoscopy can improve intestinal function,cleanliness and doctor-nurse-patient satisfaction and reduce adverse reactions.Therefore,the combined treatment is worth popularizing.
