中药防治视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展

Research Progress in Prevention and Treatment of Retinal Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury with Traditional Chinese Medicine

视网膜缺血是全球失明的主要原因,与各种疾病如糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、中风、视神经病变和视网膜病变相关。视网膜阻塞引起血液、氧气和葡萄糖供应减少。如果不能及时恢复血液供应,会造成永久的损害导致细胞死亡和视力丧失。文章回顾了中药治疗视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的不同作用机制并加以总结,以期为中药治疗视网膜缺血再灌注损伤提供理论依据,指出了中药在眼科疾病治疗中的重要地位。

Retinal ischemia is the leading cause of global blindness and is associated with various diseases such as diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma,stroke,optic neuropathy and retinopathy.Retinal occlusion causes a reduction in blood,oxygen and glucose supply.If the blood supply is not restored in time,permanent damage will result in cell death and consequent loss of vision.This paper reviews and summarizes the different mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine in treating retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury.It provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury with traditional Chinese medicine,and points out the important position of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.
