成人胃重复畸形1例 被引量：2

Duplication of adults stomach: one case report

摘要 患者男性,23岁。以“左侧腰酸1周”入院。超声提示:左肾上极与脾脏之间无回声区,边界清楚,透声差,大小约为6.6cm×6.1cm,囊壁可见血液信号。行“全麻腹腔镜下腹膜后囊肿去顶引流术”,术中可见肾上极内侧一囊性肿物,大小约6.0cm,囊壁较厚约0.5cm,病理提示:(左腹膜后囊壁)符合胰腺假性囊肿,术后恢复可。
