医学影像学PBL与LBL整合教学效果的分层研究 被引量:15

An empirical study about the education quality on medical image diagnosis for undergraduate and graduate medical students based on PBL and LBL teaching method

摘要 目的探讨不同学制学生通过以问题为导向(PBL)结合传统教学法(LBL)学习医学影像学的效果。方法采用闭卷考试和问卷调查,对比分析5年制和7年制医学生的学习差异。结果教师队伍无显著差别的情况下,虽然7年制学生闭卷考试成绩低于5年制,但是7年制医学生的学习满意度及对教师满意度均高于5年制医学生。结论和5年制医学生相比,7年制医学生更加适应采用PBL与LBL整合教学模式进行医学影像学的教学。 Objective To evaluate the education quality on medical image diagnosis for different level students with PBL and LBL teaching method.Methods Education quality about medical image diagnosis for medical students with PBL and LBL teaching method was performed between undergraduate students and graduate students using closed-book examination and questionnaire.Results Although teacher quality constitution was not significant difference,the score of questionnaire about students’learning and education quality satisfactions of graduate students were better than those of undergraduate students.However,test scores of closed-book examination of graduate students were less than those of undergraduate students.Conclusion Compared with lower level students,PBL and LBL teaching method is more suitable for higher level students.
