摘要
采取温室盆栽的方式,研究了干旱胁迫对7种观赏植物生长及生理特性的影响,并采用隶属函数法对它们的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:随着干旱时间的延长,土壤含水量、植物叶片含水量和株高明显降低,叶片抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势;叶片含水量、相对株高降低率、水分亏缺率、临时萎蔫系数、永久萎蔫系数、CAT活性相对变化率可以作为7种观赏植物抗旱性评价的主要指标;锦带花[Weigela florida(Bunge)A.DC.]、牡荆(Vitex negundo L.)和绣线菊(Spiraea salicifolia L.)的抗旱能力高于其他植物的,金丝桃(Hypericum monogynum L.)和金钟花(Forsythia viridissima Lindl.)的抗旱性居后2位,多花木兰(Indigofera amblyantha)和小叶女贞(Ligustrum quihoui Carr.)的抗旱能力为中等。
The effects of natural drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of seven ornamental plants were studied by pot culture in greenhouse,and their drought resistance was assessed comprehensively by means of subordinate function method.The results showed that soil water content,leaf water content and plant height decreased apparently,and leaf antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content increased with the prolongation of drought time.Leaf water content,relative plant height reduction rate,water deficit rate,temporary wilting coefficient,permanent wilting coefficient and relative increase rate of CAT could be used as the main indicators for the evaluation of drought resistance of the seven ornamental plants.The drought resistance of Weigela florida (Bunge)A.DC.(WF),Vitex negundo L.(VN) and Spiraea salicifolia L.(SS) was higher than that of other plants.The drought resistance of Hypericum monogynum L.(HM)and Forsythia viridissima Lindl.(FV) was the lowest,and the drought resistance of Indigofera amblyantha (IA) and Ligustrum quihoui Carr.(LQ) was moderate.
