不同薄膜包装对采后茄果货架品质的影响

Effects of Different Film Packagings on Shelf Quality of Postharvest Eggplant Fruit

摘要 研究了12种不同规格薄膜(P1、P2、P3、P4、P5、P6、P7、P8、P9、P10、P11、P12)包装、无膜包装(CK1)和食品袋包装(CK2)对采后茄果货架品质的影响。结果表明:在20~25℃下贮藏14d后,CK1的茄果表面严重失水,CK2的茄果表面出现大面积腐烂,P4、P7、P8、P12处理茄果的腐烂亦较严重,而P1、P2、P5、P6、P9、P10、P11薄膜包装处理的效果较理想,并能有效降低茄果的失重率;P1、P9和P11较好地维持了包装薄膜内低的O2浓度(5.7%~8.5%)和高的CO2浓度(4.5%~5.4%),因而维持了茄果较好的质地特性及抗氧化能力。聚类分析结果表明,在维持采后茄果品质方面,P1和P11薄膜包装处理的效果最好。 The effects of 12 different films(P1,P2,P3,P4,P5,P6,P7,P8,P9,P10,P11,and P12)packaging,film-free packaging(CK1)and food bag packaging(CK2)on shelf quality of postharvest eggplant fruit were studied.The results showed that the surface of eggplant in the CK1 group was seriously dehydrated after storage for 14 days at 20~25℃,and obvious decay occurred in the CK2 group.Among these film packaging materials,P4,P7,P8,and P12 also caused serious rot.In contrast,the effects of P1,P2,P5,P6,P9,P10,and P11 film were ideal,which could effectively reduce the weight loss rate of postharvest eggplant fruit.The analysis of ratio of microenvironment gases indicated that,P1,P9,and P11 treatment maintained low ratio of O2(5.7%~8.5%)and high ratio of CO2(4.5%~5.4%)in the films,thus maintaining the good texture and antioxidant ability of eggplant fruit.The result of cluster analysis showed that P1 and P11 films had the better effect in maintaining the quality of postharvest eggplant fruit.
