摘要
目的探讨阴道分泌物功能酶检测联合常规镜检在阴道微生态变化中的应用价值。方法对来该院妇科门诊就诊的患者样本进行阴道分泌物功能酶和常规镜检联合检测,并对结果进行综合分析。结果在13 175例检测样本中,功能酶指标过氧化氢(H 2O 2)、白细胞酯酶(LE)、β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶(GUS)、唾液酸酶(SNa)、凝固酶(GADP)阳性率分别为82.72%、79.97%、12.34%、15.63%、14.45%;H 2O 2阳性率随年龄增长呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在阴道清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度的样本中,H 2O 2、LE、GUS、SNa、GADP的阳性率分别为79.29%、73.38%、3.66%、3.46%、6.81%,SNa+H 2O 2、GUS+GADP、GUS+H 2O 2、GADP+H 2O 2的阳性率分别为3.11%、0.43%、5.83%、2.31%。结论阴道分泌物功能酶检测联合常规镜检可提示阴道微生态的早期改变,功能酶多指标联合分析有助于全面了解阴道微生态状况,对有效诊治阴道感染性疾病有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the application value of vaginal secretion functional enzymes detection combined with routine microscopy in vaginal microecological changes.Methods The vaginal secretion enzymes and routine microscopic examination were performed on the samples of patients who came to the gynecological clinic of our hospital,and the results were analyzed comprehensively.Results The positive rates of functional enzymes such as hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2),leucocyte esterase(LE),β-glucuronidase(GUS),sialidase(SNa),coagulase(GADP)were 82.72%,79.97%,12.34%,15.63%and 14.45%in 13175 samples,respectively.The positive rate of H 2O 2 increased with age(P<0.05).The positive rates of H 2O 2,LE,GUS,SNa and GADP were 79.29%,73.38%,3.66%,3.46%,6.81%in vaginal cleanlinessⅠ-Ⅱsamples,respectively.The positive rates of SNa+H 2O 2,GUS+GADP,GUS+H 2O 2 and GADP+H 2O 2 were 3.11%,0.43%,5.83%and 2.31%,respectively.Conclusion The early changes of vaginal microecology can be indicated by the detection of functional enzymes in vaginal secretions combined with routine microscopy.The combined analysis of multiple indicators of functional enzymes is helpful to comprehensively understand the status of vaginal microecology and has important clinical significance for the effective diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infectious diseases.
