二维结合动态四维彩超检查在胎儿肢体畸形筛查中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨二维结合动态四维彩超检查对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断价值。方法:随机选取98例2015年10月到2017年10月间在我院接受诊治的疑似肢体畸形胎儿为研究对象,分别予以二维超声和二维结合动态四维彩超检查,进行诊断价值的对比。结果:二维超声肢体畸形检出率为66.7%,与联合检查的93.9%相比,数据间有统计学差异存在(P<0.05)。结论:予以疑似肢体畸形胎儿二维结合动态四维彩超检查,可使疾病诊断价值得到明显提升,值得在深入探讨的基础上展开广泛应用。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional combined with dynamic four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in fetal limb Deformity.Methods:98 fetuses with suspected limb deformities who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly selected as the research objects,and two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional combined with dynamic four-dimensional ultrasound were performed respectively to compare the diagnostic value.Results:The detection rate of limb deformities by two-dimensional ultrasound was 66.7%,which was significantly different from 93.9%by combined examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two-dimensional combined with dynamic four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination of suspected fetus of limb Deformity can significantly improve the diagnostic value of the disease,which is worthy of extensive application on the basis of in-depth discussion.
