Nursing Strategies for ICU Patients with Craniocerebral Injury Undergoing CT Reexamination

目的:对ICU颅脑损伤患者复查CT的护理方案以及具体措施进行探讨研究。方法:将2017年1月-2018年12月我院ICU所收治104例颅脑损伤患者纳为本次实验研究对象,104例研究对象均行CT检查,并对CT检查过程之中的各项资料进行收集整理,对数据结果进行观察分析。结果:104例研究对象均平安完成检查,顺利返回ICU,所有异常情况经由应急措施予以处理后,均得以解决。结论:实施高效、细致、全面、规范的护理流程,加强相关部门之间的沟通协作,提高医护人员的应急能力,能够有效控制ICU颅脑损伤患者检查过程之中所存在的危险,提高检查效率,大幅降低并发症的发生几率,具有较为突出的临床价值。

Objective:To explore and study the nursing scheme and specific measures for ICU patients with craniocerebral injury who underwent CT reexamination.Methods:104 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to ICU of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were included in this study.104 subjects were examined by CT,and all the data in the process of CT examination were collected and analyzed.Results:104 subjects completed the examination safely and returned to ICU smoothly.All abnormal conditions were solved by emergency measures.Conclusion:Implementing efficient,meticulous,comprehensive and standardized nursing process,strengthening communication and cooperation between relevant departments,and improving the emergency response ability of medical staff can effectively control the risks existing in the examination process of ICU patients with craniocerebral injury,improve the efficiency of examination,and significantly reduce the incidence of complications,which has more prominent clinical value.
