常规心电图与动态心电图诊断冠心病伴心律失常的效果对比研究

A Comparative Study of Routine Electrocardiogram and Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia

目的:探讨冠心病伴心律失常采用常规心电图与动态心电图检查的临床效果。方法:选择2016年8月-2018年8月我院冠心病伴心律失常患者126例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为研究组、对照组,各63例,分别采取动态心电图检查与常规心电图检查,对比两组阳性检出率与心电图检查结果。结果:研究组阳性检出率为80.95%,与对照组的60.32%相比优势明显;且对照组心电图检查结果差于研究组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图应用于冠心病伴心律失常患者的检查中有可靠的效果,能够有效改善检查结果,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of routine and dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:126 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to double-blind method.63 patients in each group were examined by dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram.The positive detection rate and electrocardiogram results of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive detection rate of the study group was 80.95%,which was obviously superior to 60.32%of the control group,and the ECG examination results of the control group were worse than those of the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram has a reliable effect in the examination of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia.It can effectively improve the examination results and is worth popularizing.
