80例精神分裂症患者肝胆彩色多普勒超声结果分析

Analysis of Hepatobiliary Color Doppler Ultrasound in 80 Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:对肝胆彩色多普勒超声在精神分裂症患者中应用的效果进行观察。方法:选取我院2017年2月至2018年2月期间门诊及住院的80例精神分裂症患者,其中40例首发精神分裂症者作为对照组,未服用抗精神病药物;40例服用抗精神病药物者作为研究组,对两组肝胆彩色多普勒超声检查结果进行统计对比。结果:检查结果阳性率方面,研究组(45.00%)明显高于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;用药时间方面,研究组10年以上阳性率高于3-10年(P<0.05),单一典型抗精神病用药阳性率高于单一非典型抗精神病用药(P<0.05),60岁以上老人阳性率高于60岁以下患者(P<0.05),联合用药阳性率高于单一用药(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药、典型抗精神病用药、年龄60岁以上及用药时间10年以上患者,抗精神病药物对肝胆功能损害加重,需对肝功能及肝胆彩色多普勒超声定期进行检查,为及时发现与治疗提供依据。

Objective:To observe the effect of hepatic gallbladder color Doppler ultrasound in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:80 patients with schizophrenia were enrolled in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018.Among them,40 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were used as control group,no antipsychotics were taken;and 40 patients were given antipsychotics as a research group,the results of the two groups of hepatobiliary color Doppler ultrasonography were statistically compared.Results:The positive rate of the test results,the study group(45.00%)was significantly higher than the control group(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;in terms of medication time,the study group more than 10 years positive rate was higher than 3-10 years(P<0.05),the positive rate of single typical antipsychotic medication was higher than that of single atypical antipsychotic medication(P<0.05).The positive rate of elderly people over 60 years old was higher than that of patients under 60 years old(P<0.05).Higher than single medication(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of drugs,typical antipsychotic drugs,patients over 60 years old and over 10 years of treatment,antipsychotic drugs have aggravated hepatobiliary function damage,and liver function and hepatobiliary color Doppler ultrasound should be checked regularly for timely detection and provide a basis for treatment.
