MSCT与SPECT对冠心病诊断的灵敏度及特异性的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Sensitivity and Specificity of MSCT and SPECT in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨MSCT与SPECT对冠心病诊断的灵敏度及特异性的对比。方法:本文回顾性分析我院2016年12月-2018年12月期间拟诊的78例冠心病患者临床资料,以冠状动脉造影诊断为金标准。所有患者均接受MSCT与SPECT两种检查方法,对比MSCT和SPECT诊断效果。结果:冠状动脉造影诊断结果阳性60例,阴性18例;MSCT诊断阳性59例,阴性19例;SPECT阳性60例,阴性18例,MSCT与SPECT诊断灵敏度、特异性对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MSCT与SPECT诊断冠心病灵敏度及特异性无明显差异,均有着较高的应用价值,准确度高,两种检查方法联合可提高冠心病诊断水平。

Objective:To compare the sensitivity and specificity of MSCT and SPECT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 78 patients with coronary heart disease to be diagnosed in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018.The gold standard was coronary angiography.All patients underwent MSCT and SPECT,and compared the diagnostic efficacy of MSCT and SPECT.Results:Coronary angiography was positive in 60 cases and negative in 18 cases.MSCT was positive in 59 cases and negative in 19 cases.SPECT was positive in 60 cases and negative in 18 cases.There was no significant difference between MSCT and SPECT(P>0.05).Conclusion:MSCT and SPECT have no significant difference in the sensitivity and specificity of CHD diagnosis,both have high application value and high accuracy.
