腰椎间盘的CT检查与特征分析

CT Examination and Feature Analysis of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的:分析CT检查腰椎间盘相关疾病的价值。方法:以我院2018年1月-2018年12月之间100例腰椎间盘疾病患者为对象,均接受CT检查,分析结果。结果:本组100例患者接受CT检查显示有椎间盘突出60例,椎间盘膨出患者36例,椎体或椎小关节骨质增生是出现最多的病变。结论:实施CT检查能够将椎间盘突出的程度、方向清晰显示出来,能够清晰了解神经根受压情况,对腰椎间盘相关疾病的诊断有良好价值。

Objective:To analyze the value of CT examination of lumbar intervertebral disc disease.Methods:100 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc disease between January 2018 and December 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients underwent CT examination and analyzed the results.Results:In this group,CT examination results of 100 patients showedthere were 60 cases of disc herniation and 36 cases of slight herniated disc,vertebral or vertebral facet joint hyperplasia was the most common lesion.Conclusion:CT examination can clearly show the degree and direction of disc herniation,and can clearly understand the nerve root compression,which is of good value for the diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc disease.
