螺旋CT和MRI诊断肝内胆管细胞癌的运用价值分析

Value of Spiral CT and MRI in Diagnosis of Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

目的:观察螺旋CT和MRI诊断肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)的运用价值分析。方法:收集26例ICC患者做研究对象,分别使用MRI与螺旋CT对本组患者进行检查,比较不同方法对ICC诊断准确性。结果:经数据分析,与螺旋CT检查比较,使用MRI检查定位诊断、定性诊断准确率更高(P<0.05)。结论:ICC患者使用MRI早期病灶诊断准确率比螺旋CT检查更高。

Objective:To observe the value of spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods:26 patients with ICC were collected and examined by MRI and spiral CT respectively.The diagnostic accuracy of different methods for ICC was compared.Results:After data analysis,compared with spiral CT,the accuracy of localization and qualitative diagnosis by using MRI was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of early lesions in ICC patients using MRI is higher than the spiral CT.
