中医药防治突发急性传染病面临问题分析及策略思考

Problem Analysis and Strategic Consideration on the Prevention and Treatment of Sudden Acute Infectious Diseases by Traditional Chinese Medicine

突发急性传染病是新时期人类面临的严重健康威胁,中医药治疗疫病拥有丰富的经验,其理论体系及诊疗方法和技术应得到有效的继承和发扬。中医药防治突发急性传染病临床科研体系经过近10年的发展,已初步建立起应急机制、临床科研模式以及高水平的人才队伍。今后,在完善应急机制方面,大力提升应急救治能力,使中医药能够在国家应急体系中发挥不可替代的作用;在临床科研方面建立有效临床科研共享平台及大数据库,将临床救治信息及时有效转化为数据,为外感热病大数据研究提供支撑;在经验传承方面,建立外感热病名医经验传承工作室,梳理当代名医诊疗经验,开展新药创制,利用现代科技技术对经典理论进行验证及阐述,对外感热病理论创新进行探索。

Emergence of infectious diseases is serious health threats faced by humans in the new phase.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich treatment experience,and its theoretical system,methods and techniques should be effectively inherited and carried forward.After nearly ten years of development,the clinical scientific research system of Chinese medicine for its prevention and treatment has initially established emergency mechanism,clini cal scientific research model and high-level personnel.In the future,in improving the emergency response mecha nism,we will vigorously enhance the emergency response capacity,so that Chinese medicine can play an irreplace able role in the national emergency response system.In the field of clinical research,we should effectively establish clinical research sharing platform and large database,timely and effective converse clinical treatment information into data,to provide support for large data research of exogenous fever.In the aspect of experience inheritance,we should establish a studio to inherit the experience of famous doctors of exogenous fever,sort out the experience of diagnosis and treatment of contemporary famous doctors,develop new drugs,verify and elaborate the clas sical theory by using modern science and technology,and explore the innovation of exogenous fever pathology theory.
