LncRNA AFAP1-AS1在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及与患者预后的关系

Expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with prognosis

目的探究LncRNA AFAP1-AS1在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与患者预后的关系。方法前瞻性选择2014年3月至2017年12月在我院接受治疗的84例NSCLC患者为研究对象。检测NSCLC组织及癌旁组织中LncRNA AFAP1-AS1的表达量。分析LncRNA AFAP1-AS1与NSCLC患者临床病理资料及预后的关系。结果LncRNA AFAP1-AS1在NSCLC组织中的表达量高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。LncRNA AFAP1-AS1表达量与NSCLC组织分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小有关(P<0.05)。通过为期3年的随访,51例(60.71%)NSCLC患者死亡,33例(39.29%)患者存活。单因素分析结果显示,LncRNA AFAP1-AS1、分化程度、TNM分期和淋巴结转移与NSCLC患者3a生存期有关(P<0.05)。Cox多因素回归结果显示LncRNA AFAP1-AS1>2.52、NSCLC组织高分化、TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期和淋巴结转移均为影响NSCLC患者OS的独立危险因素。结论LncRNA AFAP1-AS1在NSCLC患者组织中表达量升高,且与患者预后密切相关。

Objective To explore the expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with patients'prognosis.Methods 84 NSCLC patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2014 to December 2017 were selected as study subjects.The expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 in NSCLC and adjacent tissues was detected.The relationship between LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 and clinicopathologic data and prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results The expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 in NSCLC tissues was higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 was related to the degree of NSCLC tissue differentiation,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and tumor size(P<0.05).Through a three-year follow-up,51(60.71%)NSCLC patients died and 33(39.29%)survived.Univariate analysis showed that LncRNA AFAP1-AS1,differentiation,TNM staging,and lymph node metastasis were associated with 3a survival in NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Cox regression results showed that multiple factors LncRNA AFAP1-AS1>2.52,high NSCLC tissue differentiation,TNM stageⅢ~Ⅳand lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors for the influence of NSCLC patients with OS.Conclusion The expression of LncRNA AFAP1-AS1 in NSCLC tissues increases and is closely related to patients'prognosis.
