受阻胺光稳定剂770的合成与应用研究

Study on the Preparation and Application of the Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer 770

采用不同的原料和工艺方法合成了受阻胺光稳定剂770 ZZ,研究了催化剂种类、溶剂种类以及原料配比等对转化率的影响,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和核磁氢谱(^1H-NMR)对产物进行了表征,最后将其应用于制备耐候ABS。确定了光稳定剂770 ZZ的合成工艺条件,FTIR和1 H-NMR表明获得了目标产物。TGA和DSC分析显示,通过后处理工艺可以有效去除产品中的催化剂等杂质,提高产品的纯度,能有效提高ABS的抗紫外性能。

The hindered amine light stabilizers of 770 ZZ were prepared using different raw materials and process methods.Effects of types of catalysts and solvents,the ratio of raw materials on the conversion were studied,and the product was characterized by Fourier infrared spectrum(FTIR),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectroscopy(1 H-NMR).Finally,the products were applied to the preparation of weather resistance ABS.The synthesis process conditions of the light stabilizer 770 ZZ were confirmed through the results.FTIR and ^1H-NMR showed that the target product was obtained.TGA and DSC analysis indicated that the impurities of the catalyst in the product were removed and the purity of the product was improved by the post-processing method.The light stabilizer 770 ZZ could improve the ultraviolet resistance of the ABS.
