摘要
将热稳定绝缘纸、常规绝缘纸与矿物绝缘油作为试验材料,开展了绝缘纸的加速热老化试验。测量了不同老化温度与老化时长下的绝缘纸聚合度,并采用二阶动力学方程对比分析了热稳定绝缘纸的热老化动力学降解特性。试验结果表明:热稳定绝缘纸具有比常规绝缘纸更好的耐热老化性能,因而其呈现出不同的热老化动力学降解特性。热稳定绝缘纸聚合度的下降速率比常规绝缘纸的更低,且其极限聚合度比常规绝缘纸的更高。
The accelerated thermal aging experiment of thermally upgraded insulating paper was conducted,using the thermally upgraded insulating paper,conventional insulating paper and mineral insulating oil as experimental materials.The degree of polymerization of insulating paper under different aging temperatures and aging durations was measured.The kinetic degradation characteristics of thermally upgraded insulating paper under accelerated thermal aging were comparatively analyzed by using the second order kinetic equation.The experimental results show that thermally upgraded insulating paper has better thermal aging resistance than conventional insulating paper,so it exhibits different kinetic degradation characteristics under accelerated thermal aging.The decreasing rate of degree of polymerization of thermally upgraded insulating paper is lower than that of conventional insulating paper,and its levelling-off degree of polymerization is higher than that of conventional insulating paper.
