摘要
地聚合物作为一种绿色聚合物材料已在许多工程建设项目中得到应用,本文针对软土路基进行地聚合物材料的加固处理进行研究。将地聚合物材料代替部分水泥应用于软土搅拌中,分别设计了6组不同掺量的组合方案进行室内研究,通过观测地聚合物土3d、7d、28d的抗压强度和抗剪强度进行综合分析,研究认为地聚合物能够代替水泥功效对软土起到较好的固化作用,软土的抗压强度和抗剪强度较纯水泥软土加固可分别提升4%左右。作为低碳可循环建筑材料,地聚合物具有较大的发展应用前景。
As a kind of green polymer material,geopolymer has been applied in many engineering construction projects.This paper studies the reinforcement treatment of polymer materials for soft soil roadbed.The geopolymer material was used to replace part of the cement in the soft soil mixing.Six sets of different combinations were designed for indoor research.The compressive strength and shear strength of the polymer soils for 3d,7d and 28d were observed.Based on the comprehensive analysis,it is believed that the geopolymer can replace the cement effect to better solidify the soft soil.The compressive strength and shear strength of the soft soil can be increased by about 4%compared with the pure cement soft soil.As a low-carbon recyclable building material,geopolymers have great development and application prospects.
