摘要
采用表面涂层法对武术器械用碳纤维进行了表面改性处理,对比分析了原始碳纤维、表面涂覆ZrO2涂层和Y-ZrO2涂层的碳纤维的表面形貌、物相组成和界面剪切强度,并分析了涂层层数对涂覆Y-ZrO2涂层的碳纤维的表面形貌和界面剪切强度的影响。结果表明,ZrO2涂层和Y-ZrO2涂层可以在碳纤维表面均匀涂覆,ZrO2粉主要物相为m-ZrO2和t-ZrO2,Y-ZrO2粉的主要物相为t-ZrO2;随着温度的升高,碳纤维、碳纤维表面ZrO 2涂层和Y-ZrO2涂层都会发生不同程度的质量损失,但是Y-ZrO2涂层的失重速率最小;在Y-ZrO2涂层层数为4时,Y-ZrO2涂层在碳纤维表面可以均匀完全涂覆且不会在碳纤维间产生Y-ZrO2涂层剩余;随着Y-ZrO2涂层层数的增加,界面剪切强度呈现先增加而后减小的特征,在Y-ZrO2涂层层数为4时取得最大值。
Surface modification of carbon fiber for wushu equipment was carried out by surface coating method.The surface morphology,phase composition and interfacial shear strength of original carbon fiber,carbon fiber coated with ZrO2 and Y-ZrO2 were compared and analyzed.The effects of coating layer number on the surface morphology and interfacial shear strength of carbon fibers coated with Y-ZrO2 were also analyzed.The results show that ZrO2 coating and Y-ZrO2 coating can be uniformly coated on the surface of carbon fibers.The main phase of ZrO2 powder is m-ZrO2 and t-ZrO2,and the main phase of Y-ZrO2 powder is t-ZrO2.With the increase of temperature,the weight loss of ZrO2 coating and Y-ZrO2 coating on carbon fiber and original carbon fiber will occur to varying degrees,but the weight loss rate of Y-ZrO2 coating was the lowest.When the number of Y-ZrO2 coating was 4,Y-ZrO2 coating can be uniformly and completely coated on the surface of carbon fiber without producing Y-ZrO2 coating residue between carbon fibers.With the increase of Y-ZrO2 coating layers,the interfacial shear strength increased first and then decreased,and the maximum value was obtained when the number of Y-ZrO2 coating layers was 4.
