羽毛球拍杆用铝基复合材料的力学性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用4种不同的工艺对羽毛球拍杆铝基复合材料进行热处理,对其阻尼性能、耐磨损性能及抗弯性能等三大力学指标进行分析。结果表明,与“单级固溶”和“单级时效”相比,“双级固溶”和“双级时效”在提升铝基复合材料三大性能指标方面更具优势。因此,通过试验方法筛选出的“双级固溶+双级时效”热处理制度,能将材料的抗弯刚度增大12%,阻尼系数增大58%,磨损体积减小55%,大大增强了羽毛球拍杆的各项性能。 Aluminum matrix composite used in badminton racket was heat-treated by four different heat treatment process.The flexural rigidity,damping property and wear resistance of the materials were analyzed.The results showed that the flexural rigidity,damping property and wear resistance of the materials were improved by double-stage solid solution or double-stage aging compared with single-stage solid solution or single-stage aging.The optimized heat treatment is double-stage solid solution and double-stage aging.Therefore,the heat treatment system of“two-stage solid solution and two-stage aging”selected in this paper can increase the flexural rigidity by 12%,the damping coefficient by 58%,and the wear volume decrease by 55%,and greatly improve the performance of badminton racket rod.
