碳纤维乒乓球拍底板材料的力学性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 研究了碳纤维种类和纱线屈曲角对传统机织物以及薄层展纤织物的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、压缩强度和压缩模量的影响,并对压缩破坏形态进行了分析。结果表明,展纤机织试样的纱线最大屈曲角都明显小于传统机织试样,展纤机织-1和展纤机织-2试样的拉伸强度、压缩强度都明显高于传统机织-1和传统机织-2试样,而拉伸模量和压缩模量基本相当,这主要与展纤织物经纬纱交织点少、面密度小以及纱线屈曲程度小有关。展纤机织试样具有较高的拉伸强度和压缩强度,可以较好满足碳纤维乒乓球拍底板材料的使用要求。 The effects of carbon fiber types and yarn buckling angle on the tensile strength,tensile modulus,compressive strength and compressive modulus of traditional woven fabrics and thin-layer fiber-spreading fabrics were studied,and the compressive failure modes were analyzed.The results show that the maximum yarn buckling angle of the fiber spreading woven sample is obviously smaller than that of the traditional woven sample.The tensile strength and compressive strength of the fiber spreading woven-1 and the fiber spreading woven-2 samples are obviously higher than those of the traditional woven-1 and the traditional woven-2 samples,while the tensile modulus and compressive modulus are basically the same,which is mainly due to the less warp-weft interlacing point,the smaller surface density and the smaller yarn buckling degree of the fiber spreading woven fabric.Fiber spreading woven samples have high tensile strength and compressive strength,which can better meet the application requirements of carbon fiber table tennis racket floor materials.
