康复器械用碳纤维织物的压缩成型特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了织物编织方式和定型剂含量对康复器械用有机织物和针织织物在压缩阶段的织物初始厚度和压缩时间、松弛节点的应力松弛率和回弹阶段的变形占比的影响。结果表明,在未添加定型剂前,CC-2T200、CC-P450、C-LT420和C-LPFK380的纹路形式分别为斜纹、平纹、双轴经编和四轴经编;随着定型剂含量(质量分数)从0增加至12%时,4种添加定型剂的碳纤维预定型织物的压缩时间都逐渐变长,且C-LT420-X和C-LPFK380-X的压缩时间相较于CC-2T200-X、CC-P450-X更长;随着定型剂含量增加,4种添加定型剂的碳纤维预定型织物的松弛率都不断增大,且在定型剂含量为8%和12%时,C-LT420-X的松弛率最小,而当定型剂含量为0和4%时,CC-2T200-X的松弛率最小;定型剂含量为4%时可以获得较高定型能力同时又可节省定型剂用量的效果。 The effects of knitting method and setting agent content on the initial thickness and compression time of basketball shoes organic and knitted fabrics in compression stage,stress relaxation rate of slack joints and deformation proportion in rebound stage were studied.The results show that the patterns of CC-2T200,CC-P450,C-LT420 and C-LPFK380 are twill,plain,biaxial and four-axis warp knitting respectively before the addition of styling agent.With the increase of the content of styling agent from 0%to 12%,the compression time of the four kinds of carbon fiber preformed fabrics with styling agent increase gradually,and the compression time of C-LT420-X and C-LPFK380-X are longer than that of CC-2T200-X and CC-P450-X;with the increase of setting agent content,the relaxation rate of carbon fiber preformed fabrics with setting agent increases continuously,and the C-LT420-X has the lowest relaxation rate when the content of setting agent is 8%and 12%,while the CC-2T200-X has the lowest relaxation rate when the content of setting agent is 0%and 4%.When the content of setting agent is 4%,the CC-2T200-X can obtain higher setting ability while saving setting ability.
