美元是美国实现其全球霸权的支柱性金融武器,也是其实现扼制中国政策的重要经济工具。在中美经贸摩擦冲突日益严重的今天,防范和规避美元的负面牵制作用实属必要。中欧与中日经贸和金融合作潜力巨大,通过三方本币合作优化全球货币篮子构成,将成为规避美国金融打压、防范化解美国制裁合规风险、推动完善更加平等互利的国际货币治理体系的重要通路。

The US dollar is a critical financial weapon for the United States to seek global hegemony,and is also an important economic tool to contain China.Today,as the US-China trade frictions are escalating,it is indeed necessary to prevent and avoid the negative containment of the US dollar.The economic and trade cooperation between China,Europe and Japan has great potentials.Improving the composition of global currency basket through the currency cooperation among the three parties will become an important pathway to evade the financial pressure from the US,prevent and defuse the risk of US sanctions,and promote a more equal and mutually beneficial international monetary governance system.
