毛木耳降解尾巨桉木质纤维素能力研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究毛木耳栽培过程中,尾巨桉木屑不同预处理方式、不同粒径对降解木质纤维素的影响。结果表明:三潮后不同木质纤维素的降解率为:α纤维素(76.0%)>半纤维素(74.3%)>木质素(72.7%)。不同粒径木质纤维素的降解率为:粗细混合(76.3%)>粗木屑(74.0%)>细木屑(73.8%),粗细混合处理对木质纤维素的降解能力较细木屑强,C/N为:细木屑(29.0)>粗细混合(22.8)>粗木屑(20.2),粗木屑相对较低的C/N有利于促进菌丝体营养生长。淋洗对毛木耳栽培初期木质纤维素的降解有一定影响,但三潮后基本无差异。 The effects of different pretreatment methods and particle sizes on the degradation of Eucalyptus urophylla cellulose were studied during the cultivation of Auricularia polytricha.Degradation rate of different lignocelluloses after cultivating were ranked as follows:αcellulose(76.0%)>hemi cellulose(74.3%)>lignin(72.7%).The degradation rates of lignocelluloses of different particle sizes showed that mixtures of coarse and tiny particles degraded faster that did tiny particles by themselves,with overall rankings as follows:coarse and tiny particle mixture(76.3%)>coarse particles(74.0%)>tiny particles(73.8%).The C/N ratios were ranked in the following order:tiny particles(29.0)>coarse and tiny particle mixture(22.8)>coarse particles(20.2);the relatively low C/N ratio of coarse particles was conducive to promoting mycelium growth.Leaching had an effect on the degradation of lignocelluloses in the early stage of cultivation,but there was no difference in the end.
