摘要
采用UV/Fenton联合氧化法处理糖精钠工业废水,首先单因素实验研究了H2O2浓度、FeSO4浓度、初始pH值和反应时间对糖精钠废水处理效果的影响,并利用响应面优化实验得到了最优条件:反应时间110 min,pH值为6,FeSO4用量为5 g/L,H2O2用量为78 mL/L。响应面实验的结果表明,影响因子的显著性为H2O2用量>FeSO4用量>反应时间>初始pH值;FeSO4用量和H 2O 2用量的交互作用显著;数学模型回归性较好。以最优条件处理后的糖精钠废水COD去除率为89.8%,BOD去除率为72.7%,TOC去除率为79.2%,同时,色度、悬浮物和氨氮去除率分别达到98.4%,90.9%,98.6%,BOD/COD比值由0.24提高到0.64,糖精钠废水可生化性得到了很大提高,为后续进入工业园区污水处理厂生化处理奠定了基础。
UV/Fenton combined oxidation method was used to treat saccharin sodium industrial wastewater.The single-factor experiment was conducted to study the effects of H 2O 2 concentration,FeSO 4 concentration,initial pH value and reaction time on the treatment effect of saccharin sodium industrial wastewater,and the optimal conditions were obtained by response surface optimization experiment:the reaction time of 110 min,pH value of 6,FeSO 4 dosage of 5 g/L and H 2O 2 dosage of 78 mL/L.The response surface experiment showed that,the significance of the influence factor followed H 2O 2 dosage>FeSO 4 dosage>reaction time>initial pH value,the interaction of FeSO 4 and H 2O 2 was significant and the regression of mathematical model was good.With optimal conditions,after treatment for saccharin sodium wastewater,the removal rate COD,BOD and TOC can reach 89.8%,72.7%and 79.2%respectively,at the same time,the removal rate of chromaticity,suspended solids and ammonia nitrogen reach 98.4%,90.9%and 98.6%respectively,BOD/COD ratio has increased from 0.24 to 0.64 and saccharin sodium wastewater can improve the biochemical greatly,laying foundation for subsequent into the biochemical treatment of industrial park sewage treatment plant.
