消防泵诱导轮的设计及分析

摘要 车载消防泵存在泵体过大、扬程较短的问题,在城市高层消防方面已显露出不足。为满足我国城市化进程中的消防需求,以加大流量法设计思路以及无过载设计方法,针对高转速离心消防泵的叶片设计了一种新型诱导轮结构。设计计算及仿真分析结果表明,诱导轮所处的流体流域整体平稳,未出现速度及压力突变。当消防泵运行在150%流量时,泵扬程为额定值的69.4%,而在关死点扬程处为额定值的127.5%,泵的整体过载风险低。 The on-board fire pump currently has the problem of excessive pump body and short lift,which has been shown insufficient in urban high-rise fire protection.In order to deal with the fire protection requirements in the process of urbanization in China,a new type of induced wheel structure is designed for the blades of high-speed centrifugal fire pump,with the idea of increasing flow method design and no overload design method.The results of design calculation and simulation analysis show that the fluid flow area where the induction wheel located is stable overall,and there is no sudden change in velocity and pressure.When the fire pump is running at 150%flow,the pump head is 69.4%of the rated value,and at the peak of the dead center it is 127.5%of the rated value and the overall overload risk of the pump is low.
