摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Ru-Ni/ZrO 2-Fe3O4催化剂,优化了甘油氢解反应条件:Ru/Ni摩尔比,温度,H2压力,时间以及催化剂用量。结果表明,在180℃,H2压力3MPa,反应时间8 h的条件下,甘油转化率和1,2-丙二醇选择性分别为94.76%和84.51%。
The Ru-Ni/ZrO 2-Fe 3O 4 catalyst was prepared by impregnation method and the conditions of hydrogenolysis of glycerol under the catalyst were optimized,including Ru/Ni molar ratio,temperature,H 2 pressure,time and catalyst amount.The results showed that the glycerol conversion and 1,2-propanediol selectivity were 94.76%and 84.51%respectively,at conditions of 180℃,3 MPa,H 2 and reaction time 8 h.
