浅谈海外工程项目安全管理

Discussion on Safety Management of Overseas Engineering Projects

针对目前海外工程管理的现状总结了其在新时期呈现出的特点,系统分析了影响海外工程安全管理的政治法律、社会文化、自然灾害和医疗卫生,建设过程中的风险因素,最后结合自身工作实际提出相关防范对策,强调转变安全管理理念,从源头重视安全投入和安全评估,积极融入当地,建立应急机制等,以提升中国企业海外项目整体安全管理能力。

Based on the current situation of overseas project management,this paper summarizes the characteristics of overseas project management in the new era and systematically analyzes the political laws,social culture,natural disasters,medical and health care,and the risk factors in the construction process that affect the safety management of overseas projects.It puts forward some relevant countermeasures based on the actual work,emphasizes the change of safety management concept,attaches importance to safety investment and safety assessment from the source,actively integrates into the local area and establishes emergency mechanism,so as to improve the overall safety management ability of Chinese enterprises’overseas projects.
