摘要
本文介绍了首次将预荷技术与传统袋式除尘器有机结合的新技术及其在球团烟气提标改造中的应用情况,着重阐述了预荷电袋滤技术的原理、关键技术与结构及效益分析等内容。工程应用表明,该项技术可实现超低排放,运行阻力降低30%以上,节能减排效果显著,对于同类项目的提标改造具有很好的参考作用。
This paper introduces the new technology combining the precharge technology with traditional bag filter,as well its application in transformation of pellet smoke,especially describes the principle,key technology,structure and benefit analysis of pre-charged bag filter technology.The application shows that,this technology can realize ultra low emission,the operation resistance is reduced above 30%and energy conservation and emission reduction is significant,which has certain reference value for similar projects.
