Research and Application of Online Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform Based on Internet of Things

围绕工业生产等领域节能降耗实际需求,提出基于物联网的能耗在线监测平台总体方案,面向政府、行业、企业提供能耗管理信息化管理与服务;重点研究设计能耗监测终端,支持多种工业总线及工业协议,实现电表、油表、水表、气表、煤气表等能耗计量设备以及工业控制系统的能耗数据采集;研发能耗在线监测平台,实现能耗实时监控、能效分析、计量器具管理等功能;以平台为依托,在淄博某化工企业开展了应用示范,切实为企业提高运行管理水平、强化能源管理提供支撑。

According to the actual demands in industrial production and other fields,the overall program of online energy consumption monitoring platform based on Internet of Things is proposed to fulfill the management requests of governments and enterprises.The energy consumption monitoring terminal is researched which supports multiple industrial bus and industrial protocols.Based on the terminal,the energy consumption data will be collected and transmitted from the interface with electricity meter,oil meter,water meter,gas meter,gas meter,etc.The online energy consumption monitoring platform is designed and developed to support the functions of real-time energy consumption monitoring,query&analysis,metering equipment management.The application is carried out in a chemical enterprise in Zibo city which demonstrates the important roles of the platform on improving enterprise operation management level and strengthening energy management.
