摘要
模拟某原油终端处理厂含聚采油废水处理的实际工况流程,采用强化混凝试验装置,以连续进液处理的方式,对强化混凝技术处理含聚采油废水的工艺进行了优化研究。结果表明,现场条件下通过提升流速、加装管道混合器及增设弯头3种措施均可以优化清水剂FLW126作用的水力学条件,提高混合强度,从而有效提升废水处理效果。选取最易实施的加装管道混合器的方式,对现场药剂投加量进行了研究,结果表明,在加装2级管道混合器后,要达到目前处理效果,药剂投加量可降低36%。
Simulating the actual working process of a crude oil terminal treatment plant and using enhanced coagulation test device,the process of enhanced coagulation technology treating polymer-containing oil extraction wastewater was optimized and studied by the way of continuous liquid feeding treatment.The results showed that,under field condition,by promoting flow velocity,adding pipeline mixer and elbows,the hydraulic condition of water clarifier FLW126 was optimized,the mixing intensity was enhanced,and then the sewage treatment effect could be effectively promoted.Adopting the method of adding pipeline mixer that was easy to implement,the on site drug dosage was studied.The results showed that,when two-stage pipeline mixers were added,to achieve the current treatment effect,the drug dosage could be reduced by 36%.
