尿素装置解吸水解系统的技术改造及实效

摘要 为解决尿素装置解吸废液的处理问题,结合鲁西化工集团股份有限公司现有尿素装置的运行情况,提出了利用重沸器对部分解吸废液进行加热产蒸汽用于工艺残液的分解、汽提,而剩余的解吸废液冷却后用于洗消塔及粉尘回收设施的补水,从而减少解吸废液产生量。通过对现有解吸水解系统的技术改造,使解吸水解系统排入污水处理装置的废液量减少了97.5%。技术改造后系统运行稳定,不仅解决了解吸废液外排量大、处理成本高的问题,还综合利用了解吸废液,具有十分显著的经济效益和社会效益。 In order to solve the problems during the treatment of waste liquid from urea desorption device,combined with the operation of the existing urea device of Luxi Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.,a reboiler was proposed to heat partial desorption waste liquid so as to produce steam for the decomposition and stripping of the residual liquid.The remaining waste liquid was cooled and used as make-up water of the decontamination tower and the dust recovery facility,thereby reduced the amount of generated desorption waste liquid.Through the technical transformation of the existing desorption-hydrolysis system,the amount of waste liquid has been reduced by 97.5%,the operation of the reconstructed system was stable,which not only solved the problems of large discharge amount of desorption waste liquid and high treatment cost,but also comprehensively utilized desorption waste liquid,the economic and social benefits were significant.
