摘要
针对某调味品生产废水有机物浓度高,水质、水量变化大的特点,设计采用预沉调节池-生物吸附沉淀池-双循环厌氧反应器-纤维过滤器-复合生物反应池组合工艺,介绍了该废水处理工程的设计和运行情况,给出了工艺流程、构筑物设计参数、处理效果等。实际运行结果表明,该工艺处理后的出水水质基本稳定,对COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别为80%~96%、81%~97%、50%~85%、30%~78%、85%~96%,达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级标准并满足当地市政污水处理厂进水水质要求。该工艺具备较强的抗冲击负荷能力,可适应水质、水量变化大的特点。
According to the characteristics of the wastewater from condiments production such as high organic matters concentration,large fluctuation of quality and quantity,a combined process of primary sedimentation regulation pond-biological adsorption and sedimentation pond-double circulation anaerobic reactor-fiber filter-composite bioreaction pond was adopted.The design and operation situation of the said wastewater treatment project was introduced,the process flow,design parameters of the structures,and treatment effect were pointed out.The actual operation results showed that,the effluent water quality after the treatment was basically stable,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N and TP were 80%-96%,81%-97%、50%-85%、30%-78%、85%-96%respectively,which could not only meet the requirement of grade 3 in GB 8978—1996 Comprehensive Sewage Disposal Standard,but also meet the quality demand of local domestic sewage treatment plant.The said process has strong anti-impact load ability and can adapt to large fluctuation of water quality and quantity.
