显微CT评价即刻负载对SS与TI微种植体周围组织的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用显微CT研究即刻负载条件下不锈钢与钛合金微种植体的植入成功率及其对周围组织的影响。方法:将24枚不锈钢和24枚钛合金微种植体左右对称植于两头微型猪的颌骨颊侧牙根间隙区。植入后即刻加载200 g的力。10wk比较两组微种植体的成功率,取不锈钢组和钛合金组包含微种植体的微型猪颌骨样本各4枚,采集显微CT图像,应用软件测量微种植体周围骨密度。比较两组微种植体周围的骨密度。结果:不锈钢和钛合金微种植体均具有良好的初期稳定性,成功率分别为79.17%、87.50%。显微CT分析显示不锈钢与钛合金微种植体周围骨密度无显著差别。结论:不锈钢与钛合金微种植体均可以承受即刻负载的正畸力而无松动。 Objective:The main aim of this paper is through the application of micro-CT compare instantly load stainless steel mini-implants and titanium alloy mini-implants success rate and its impact on the surrounding tissue.Methods:Twenty four stainless steel mini-implants and twenty four titanium alloy mini-implants were planted in the buccal sides of the jaw of mini-pigs by self-drilling.Approximately 200 g constant and continuous force were immediate loaded for ten weeks.Application of SPSS software success rate of two kinds of mini-implants were analyzed,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Four stainless steel and four titanium alloy mini-implants respectively were chosen to make Micro-CT scanning.Application software to measure mini-implant surrounding bone mineral density.Compare with two kinds of mini-implants surrounding bone mineral density.Results:Stainless steel mini-implants and titanium alloy mini-implants have good initial stability.The success rate of 79.17%、87.50%respectively;Micro-CT analysis showed that Stainless steel mini-implants bone around the implant and titanium alloy mini-implants showed no significant difference.Conclusion:Stainless steel and titanium alloy mini-implants can immediate loading under orthodontic force without looseness.
