摘要 针对一款12槽10极的外转子永磁同步电机,研究了结合ANSYS Maxwell参数化分析和响应面法,优化定子齿辅助槽尺寸参数的方法。该方法选取槽深、槽宽、偏移角度为优化参数,利用ANSYS Maxwell参数化分析方法在较大的取值范围内进行少量的有限元实验,分析单一参数变化时电机齿槽转矩的变化趋势,得到较小的取值范围。在新的取值范围内,进一步利用响应面法建立参数与齿槽转矩的响应面模型,得到最优化结果。利用有限元仿真验证该方法的合理性及有效性。仿真结果表明,该方法可快速有效地确定永磁电机定子齿辅助槽的最优尺寸参数,削弱外转子永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩。 Based on a 12-slot,10-pole external rotor permanent-magnet synchronous motor,ANSYS Maxwell's parametric analysis method and response surface method were combined to optimize the size of the stator tooth auxiliary slot.The groove depth,groove width and offset angle were selected as optimization parameters,a small number of finite element experiments were performed by using ANSYS Maxwell parametric analysis method within a large range of values.The variation trend of the motor cogging torque when the single parameter changes was analyzed,a smaller value range was obtained.In the new range,response surface method was used to establish the response surface model of parameters and cogging torque to obtain the optimal results.The finite element simulation was carried out,the results show that this method can quickly and effectively determine the optimal size of stator auxiliary slot of permanent magnet motor and reduce the cogging torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor with external rotor.
