交直流双输出机场拖车静音电源的设计

Design of Alternating and Direct Current Double Output for Airport Trailer Soundproof Power

为了满足机场地面电源的需求,设计了交直流双输出机场拖车静音电源。结果表明:该电源采用紧凑的拖车箱体式结构,整体噪音低,便于快速移动;能同时输出400 Hz、115/200 V交流电源和28 V直流电源;具备水温、油压、水位、功率、电流、电压等参数测量显示以及异常情况的自动保护报警、停机功能,产品操作、维护简单,人机交互界面良好;采用国三发动机,产品绿色环保,满足国家排放法规要求。

A double output of alternating and direct current for airport trailer soundproof power was designed in order to meet the needs of airport ground power supply.The results show that this unit adopted the structure of trailer sound attenuated enclosure,the noise of this unit is lower,and easy to move quickly.It can output 400 Hz,115/200 V alternating current and 28V direct current simultaneously.This unit has the function of measuring and displaying parameters such as water temperature,oil pressure,water level,power,current and voltage,as well as automatic protection alarm and shutdown for abnormal conditions.This product has friendly human-machine interface and is easy maintenance.The engine of this unit is stage of III,so it is environmentally and meeting the requirements of national emission regulations.
