Analysis and eliminated the Typical Faults of Mobile Power Station

本文以故事的形式介绍了电站保障组在综合演练中对故障电站进行实战抢修的经历。通过对故障现象的描述,以结构为依据,在油路、点火、配气及智能表等系统方面进行原因分析,制定诊断思路及排除方法,实现故障排除,每个故事做了扼要的小结,最后对排故障能力做了总结以激励自己不断努力。

This paper introduces the experience of the power station support group in the practical emergency repair of the malfunction power station during the comprehensive drill in the form of story.Based on the description of the fault phenomenon and the structure,this paper analyzes the reasons of the oil route,ignition,valve distribution and intelligent meter system,formulates the diagnosis idea and the elimination method,realizes the fault elimination,and makes a brief summary for each story.Finally we make a summary about troubleshooting ability in order to encourage our continuous efforts.
