摘要
在液晶屏的生产过程中,玻璃基板的清洁度直接影响到最终的良品率,现在的玻璃基板清洁主要是用超声波干式清洗。本文介绍了组成超声波干式清洗机的几大主要组成部分:升降、传送、测厚、VCR、清洗、破片、整形。通过介绍三菱通信模块QJ61BT11N、串口通讯模块QJ71C24N与运动控制模块QD77MS4实现的功能,完成了设备内部的CC-Link通信、PLC与VCR读码系统的通信以及电机的控制,并且给出了控制VCR和电机的部分程序。
In liquid crystal display production,the cleanliness of glass substrate directly affects the yield of it.Glass substrate cleaning is mainly with ultrasonic dry cleaning presently.This paper introduces the main components of ultrasonic dry cleaning machine,that are lifting,transmission,thickness measurement,VCR,cleaning,fragmentation,shaping.By introducing the functions of Mitsubishi communication module QJ61BT11N,serial communication module QJ71C24N and motion control module QD77MS4,the cc-link communication inside the equipment,the communication between PLC and VCR code reading system and motor control are completed.Besides,the part of control program for the VCR and motor are given.
